The people at reception were exceedingly helpful and friendly. When I had an issue with my card, the receptionist remained completely calm and unfrazzled and found another way to let me pay. A person at the bar in the lobby was also friendly and enthusiastic. The room itself was very spacious and clean, and the neighbourhood is quiet and calm. Arcueil is not what you would call "exciting", but it's restful and low-key, and just a few metro stops away from the centre of Paris. There's a movie theatre next door, and a mall right across the street (which has several different stores, plus chain restaurants like McDonald's and Starbucks).

staff and cleanness. I must say staffs were there amazing some names I can still recall Romane, Shanti, Victoria (probably) and other girl was in training, they were amazing and made our staying there so comfortable and memorable. I also give thanks all who were involved in cleaning and special thanks to all where dealt decorating the room, the cake was too delicious . overall, this was wow

The hotel is worth the money. It’s rather small but you have everything what you need if you want to see Paris. The metro and train station are about 10 mins walk. Breakfast is good. It’s not abundant but there is everything you need for the breakfast.

Really warm welcome by the reception trainee! She was so cool, and trying to speak french with me. I offered her to switch to English after 5mn, but I congratulate her for her efforts. She was really pleasant, and we laugh a little bit together. Room was ok, a little bit less big than I imagined. There was a nice terrace, but the view wasn't that great, the street noisy, and we didn't have much privacy. So we barely spent 5mn there. Breakfast was super good, a lot of choice, but was closing at 10 am even on the weekend. The waiters were super nice, but there was a manager being kind of rude with one of the apprentices, my girlfriend was a little bit annoyed. On the opposite, many options around regarding restaurants and shops (big mall in front of the hotel). Metro is 15mn walk and you can get to the center of Paris in 30mn. Positive experience anyway

Location : convenient - 1 km walk to RER(B) at La Place which gets you to the Notre Dame in 10/15 minutes. The staff were helpful and positive. The property is not new but it's well maintained and they had a good standard of cleanliness.

We stayed at the property for 14 days (26 Dec to 10 Jan). we were absolutely delighted with everything the property had to offer to make us have a comfortable stay (from the greeting we got when we arrived till the day we left with a sad good bye). Humble thanks to the guest relation team (specially Clara and Maxmie who always went out of their way to make us feel that we at home)

The property was in a convenient location for travelling into the city. Around 20 minutes via the metro.

Warm welcome on arrival by ‘Louise’ at the reception desk. Early check in facility. Easy access via RER train. Overall good facilitates. Good breakfast.

Perfect regarding location (near to bus and metro). Great offer of restaurants and bars on the location. Big shopping center nearby. Very clean, cosy and big rooms. Friendly staff. You can leave you baggage in the baggage room after check out if needed.

Quick and friendly check-in/-out. Relatively clean. Spacious room, nice wardrobe.
